Why does my Database Query show an Error?
A database query may fail for several reasons, some of which include:
•Wrong File Path
•Changing the name of your database file but not arranging the file path
•The need for a test value
•If the <tablename> is not inclosed in single quotes
•A database query set to read from Excel does not function without having Microsoft Access database engine installed. If this software is installed and the query is still not working, this could possibly be because of a Windows Update. Thus, you may need to reinstall the Microsoft Access database englne. When installing, if you receive the following error, this can be resolved by installing it via the following call through the Run command (WinKey+R): C:\Scan2x\Setup\AccessDatabaseEngine_x86.exe
For more information, please look at the Data Query Wizard Tab in the Scan2x Handbook.
