Job Source Not Available
The first thing you would need to check is the Preferred Source of the job from the Source Settings tab of the job in Jobs Manager.
This should be empty.
You can also have a default scanner set within Admin Panel - Local Settings.
This should also be empty.
Also make sure that if you are trying to load from a PDF, that your Import from PDF checkbox is ticked from the General Settings tab in the Admin Panel as shown in the screenshot below.
Otherwise Scan2x will require a scanner.
