Why are my scans not saving when scanning using a MFP?
*For users who use Scan2x Web on their MFP and PC device.
When using a Scan2x job button on your MFP device, the scanner only takes a scanned image of the document and then sends that image to Scan2x to be processed.
The user must then log into the same tenant on Scan2x Web in order to view the processed scans in the user's scan queue and save them.
To avoid the logging in process, an administrator can tick the Auto-Save option in the Scan Settings tab in the job configuration of that particular job button.
