AD Login Not Working - Troubleshooting
If the AD login is not working, here are some steps to go through to check that the setup is in working order.
1.Open IIS -> click on the ScanWebClient site and click on the 'Authentication' option.

2.Ensure that the settings are configured as below:

3.To be able to access the site and use windows authentication you need to change the proxy settings from the browser to accept the IP address as a Local intranet site. (Skip this step if using the host name, e.g.: hostname1.lgt.com, as *.lgt.com is accepted in the local intranet domain wide). These options are for Google Chrome:
ØClick on the icon featuring 3 horizontal lines at the top right of the page
ØClick on Settings, and scroll down to show Advanced Settings
ØOpen proxy Settings and click on the Security tab
ØAdd the IP Address replaced in 12) to the Local Intranet site
4.Click on ScanWebClient from the list of IIS sites, locate the ADLogin application and select it. Click on Authentication. Make sure Anonymous Authentication, ASP.Net Impersonation and Windows Authentication are enabled, as shown below. If windows authentication is not visible in this page, you may need to turn the feature on in Windows Roles and Features.

5.Restart IIS and retry.
