User Management Scan2x Online New (of CWC tenant)
When the administrator clicks on the User Management button from the Settings icon in the ribbon, the following screen will appear.
Here, an administrator can search for users, edit action, reset their PIN, and delete users. The role of a Queue Admin involves having the ability to monitor and manage (such as edit or update) what other users in the environment are processing, scans that have incurred any errors, or shows successful scans that have already been processed.

Once the Edit Action button is clicked, the following screen will appear. This allows the administrator to enter a card RFID number, choose a type of Admin, and assign a manager to that particular user.

An administrator can also reset their PIN or another user's PIN which will be sent to their email that is in the system.
