I'm getting "ERROR: iDRS Error 2072: 2072" during OCR, with processing stalling partway through and eventually timing out.

 

 

 

 

ERROR: iDRS Error 2072: 2072

 

This error is related to how tagged PDF files are handled during OCR. To resolve it, update the Output PDF Version setting for the affected job(s):

 

1. Open the specific job in Jobs Manager.

2. Navigate to the "Advanced Output Settings" tab.

3. In the "Output PDF Version" dropdown select "PdfA2b"

 

 

Note: This setting can also be changed in the Admin Panel in the "General Settings" tab. Kindly note changes made in the Admin Panel will affect all jobs on the tenant.
