Why does Scan Preview sometimes remains loading?

Scan Preview remains in Loading Phase

When scanning a document, the Scan Preview may sometimes take longer than expected to display the first page or generate the preview thumbnails.

This can happen when the server is temporarily low on available memory. Scan2x may slow down processing when memeory is very limited, in order to protect the system and avoid instability. Once enough memory becomes available again, the scan preview process can continue as normal. This behaviour may not happen every time, as it depends on the available memory on the server at that specific moment.

If this happens, check the available memory on the server and ensure that enough resources are available for Scan2x to process the document preview. Freeing up memory or restarting the affected services may help the preview load correctly.
