Date Format Display in Scan2x Online
Where can I set the date format in the Scan2x Web/Online application? The template is configured as dd.mm.yyyy, and the system format matches, but Scan2x Online appears to recognize the date as mm.dd.yyyy.
The date format displayed in Scan2x Online is determined by the browser's language settings, not the Windows system settings or the format set in the Scan2x Win application.
•Scan2x Online (Web) uses the browser's preferred language settings to determine the date format.
•Scan2x Win (Windows client) uses the PC's regional and language settings.
To ensure the correct date format appears in Scan2x Online:
•Check the browser being used (e.g., Chrome, Edge).
•Update the preferred language in the browser settings.
oFor example, if English (United Kingdom) is selected, dates will appear in dd/mm/yyyy format.
oIf English (United States) is selected, dates will appear in mm/dd/yyyy format.
Note: If multiple browsers are used, ensure the language settings are configured consistently across each one.
