Why is my ID Card job changing the ValidTo & ValidFrom metadata field dates?
Note: This fix can also apply to Date metadata fields that no longer extract the date information accordingly.
This is caused by a setting on your PC/server that needs to be adjusted. In order to solve this issue, kindly follow the steps below:
•Press the Windows button and type “Control Panel”.

•In the “Region” window, click on “Additional Settings”.

•Navigate to the Date tab and make sure that the settings in the Calendar section are 1950 and 2049.

This will treat any 2 digit number from 0-49 as 2000-2049, and any 2 digit number from 50-99 as 1950-1999.
If the issue still occurs, please contact the Avantech support team by sending an email to support@avantechsoftware.com
