Can I update user details for CWC or S2XO tenants directly in Scan2x Windows?
No. For CWC or S2XO tenants, all user details must be updated through the Scan2x Online portal. Making changes directly in the Scan2x Win application will disrupt the connection between the user and Scan2x Online, resulting in broken or failed authentication.
