Scan2x Online - Will users manually be added in Scan2x with their Entra ID or will users login with their Entra ID and an admin will assign an Alt. Username and PIN?
When using Scan2x Online, if we invite an existing user from an external Entra ID or create a new user, they receive an invite to login to the portal first (CWC portal if it's part of the CWC service or Scan2x Online portal if it's part of Scan2x Online service).
Once the user logs in to the portal, a Scan2x user is created and the user receives an email with the Scan2x credentials (including an alternate/shorter username).
To complete the linking of the single sign on, users should click on the "Scan" or "Scan2x" button from the CWC/Scan2x portal - this will redirect them to Scan2x Online and log them in automatically.
