Queue item Error - Could not load file

 

When running a job and getting the below error message in the Queue.

 

 

1.Close Scan2x if it's currently running.

2.Navigate to the following folders on your computer:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Scan2x or C:\Scan2x (depending on your installation)

C:\ProgramData\Scan2x (Note: ProgramData is a hidden folder—you may need to enable hidden items in File Explorer to see it.)

3.Right-click each folder, then click Properties.

4.Go to the Security tab, and click Edit.

5.Select the user account that is used to run Scan2x. If it’s not listed, click Add to include it.

6.Ensure the user has Full Control by checking the appropriate box under the "Allow" column.

7.Click Apply, then OK to save the changes.

8.Restart Scan2x and try running the job again.
