How can I send my Debug Logs to the support team?
All software applications developed by Avantech have the facility of a logging system that developers may use in the troubleshooting process to trace any bugs in the system.
It is emphasized that the information stored is not sensitive information regarding the user or the software.
Logs are stored on the Local disk – usually C: and in a folder called Program Data. This is usually a hidden folder which may be accessed as follows:
1. On Premise
•Open File Explorer from the task bar
•Select your Local disk (usually C:)
•Select View > Show > Hidden Items
•Program Data
•Scan2x
•[Environment No] This is found from inside Scan2x by selecting Admin Panel-Connection Settings –[Environment]
•Debug Log
•Choose the CSV file of the specific date in question
2. Scan2x Web
The procedure for extracting logs in Scan2x Web is similar.
Client Logs

•[YYYYMMDD] The name of this folder is the date when the log was created
