Error retrieving current license instance ID
If you get the above error, please try the below options to solve the issue:
1.Update your Scan2x application with the SCLWebUpdater.exe which can be found in the following path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Scan2x. Then try running the Scan2x application as an Administrator.
2.Go to C:\ProgramData\Scan2x and delete the file Instance.dat. Then try and run the Scan2x application as an Administrator.
3.Go to C:\ProgramData\Scan2x and choose the numbered folder depending on which Scan2x environment is causing the issue. Once in the folder, click on the file Instance.dat and delete it. Then try and run the Scan2x application as an Administrator.
