In a recent update, we have rolled out a new Scan2x Online interface.

 

Accessing: https://[cwc/s2xo]12345678.scan2xonline.com will take you to the New Scan2x Online interface.

Accessing: https://[cwc/s2xo]12345678vc.scan2xonline.com will take you to the Classic Scan2x Online interface.

 

ScanFront 400 uses the Classic version of the Scan2x Online interface. To fix the issue;

1.Disconnect the ScanFront 400 from the network (unplug the ethernet cable), and restart it.

2.The network settings will pop-up.

3.Then, set this in the Web Client URL: https://[cwc\s2xo]12345678vc.scan2xonline.com/login.aspx

4.Then re-plug the ethernet cable, and restart the ScanFront 400.

The Scan2x Online Classic interface should load and work as usual.
