ScanFront 400 - Licence check failure. Error
This error could occur if the tenant URL is not be configured properly.
To check, kindly follow the steps below:
•Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the ScanFront 400.
•Restart the ScanFront 400. It will boot into the network settings.
•Check the configured URL. The URL should consist of https://[tenantname].scan2xonline.com/login.aspx (Make sure that the /login.aspx is included at the end).
•Re-connect the Ethernet cable
•Restart the ScanFront 400.
