In order to resolve the above message, kindly follow the steps below:
1.Login to Scan2x with an administrative user
2.Click on the Admin Panel button

3.Go to the Therefore tab
4.Check that the credentials are correct and click the Test Connection button. .png)
The result should be successful.

To confirm the respective job is connected to the required Therefore category:
•Click on the Jobs Manager button from the home screen

•Click the blue Edit button on the respective scan job
.png)
•Navigate to the Output Settings tab and make sure the Therefore connector is selected and the categories are showing accordingly.
