Why is my scan job not running when selected?
This could be due to the handling for MongoDB, which is one of Scan2x's prerequisites, which was either not installed or incorrectly installed. To solve this, kindly follow the steps below.
1.Open installed apps and features on your PC. Check for the existence of MongoDB.

2.Install MongoDB and Verify the Service:
•If MongoDB is not listed in Services, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Scan2x\Setup.
•Right-click on mongodb-windows-x86_64-7.0.14-signed.msi and select Run as Administrator. Follow the setup wizard, choose Complete, and click Install.
•After installation, refresh the Services list (press Fn + F5 or F5). Check if the MongoDB service is running.
•Close and re-open Scan2x Windows and retry your task.
3.Install MongoDB Shell if Missing:
•If MongoDB Shell is not installed, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Scan2x\Setup.
•Right-click on mongosh-2.3.1-x64.msi and select Run as Administrator.
•Follow the setup wizard and complete the installation.
4.Verify MongoDB Service and Restart if Needed:
•If MongoDB is installed, check if the MongoDB service is present in Services.
•If the service is not running, start it. If it is already running, restart it.
•Close and re-open Scan2x Windows, then retry scanning or uploading.
5.If that still does not fix the issue. Uninstall all 3 of these programs if they are still there:

6.Delete Residual MongoDB Files:
•Navigate to the following locations and delete these folders:
oC:\Program Files\MongoDB
oC:\Program Files\mongosh
oC:\Users\{YourUsername}\AppData\Local\mongodb
oC:\Users\{YourUsername}\AppData\Local\MongoDBCompass
oC:\Users\{YourUsername}\AppData\Roaming\MongoDB Compass
7.Reinstall MongoDB and MongoDB Shell:
•Follow Step 2 to reinstall MongoDB.
•Follow Step 3 to reinstall MongoDB Shell.
•After installation, check that the MongoDB service is running in Services.
