Queue Item Error - Timeout When Saving into Therefore
If the following error message is encountered after saving in the scan queue. This issue can occur when a large batch of documents is uploaded or scanned, and there is a mismatch between the Therefore configuration in the Admin Panel and the job configuration.

To resolve:
Check the Therefore configuration in both locations:
ØAdmin Panel Configuration
ØJob Configuration
If the Admin Panel is configured to use Navigator, then the job configuration must NOT be set to Therefore Online. In that case, the job configuration should be set to System Default.
