Why does the Workload server monitoring keep stopping every few days?
In order to resolve this issue, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Cancel Idle Time-out
•Go into the IIS Manager
•Click on Application Pools (on the left)
•Right click on "ScanWebServerAppPool"
•Select "Set Application Pool Defaults..."
•Change the value of "Idle Time-out (minutes)" from 20 to 0
•Click "OK"

2. Cancel IIS Recycling
•Go into the IIS Manager
•Click on Application Pools (on the left)
•Right click on "ScanWebServerAppPool"
•Select "Recycling..."
•Uncheck "Regular time intervals (in minutes)"
•Click Next
•Click Finish

3. Open IIS, click on the first connection (on the left), and click 'Configuration Editor'

4. Click on the dropdown "Section", select the folder "system.applicationHost", and select "applicationPools"

5. Click on "Collection" and click on the '...' button that is present in the second column (on the right)

6. Click on the "ScanWebServerAppPool", find "startMode", and set to "Always running"

7. Close the "Collection Editor" window
•Under the section "Actions" (on the right)
•Click on "Apply"
