Why do I receive the error "There was an error connecting to Update Service! Please check your internet connection and try again." when I have an internet connection?

 

 

If you receive the above error, please make sure that the following site is accessible: https://connect.avantech.com.mt/

 

When updating, Scan2x needs to access the above URL in order to update Scan2x accordingly.
