How do I fix the 'No Connection to Scanner' Error on Scan2x?
Please try the points below:
•Make sure your scanner is switched on.
•Check the scanner's USB cable and make sure that it is plugged in properly and that it is plugged in to the right usb port.
•Try checking if you receive an error with Twacker, which can be found by the Scan2x administrator in the Scanners Manager tab that can be found in the left panel of the home screen.

•Check whether the anti virus on your device is disabling/blocking hardware, USB ports, or the Scan2x application.
