How is my scanner driver showing properly but I cannot scan?
If you are attempting to use a scan job and import documents with a scanner but you are receiving the below errors, and the suggestions on the No Connection to Scanner FAQ have not fixed the issue, please make sure the the scanner drivers you have downloaded are TWAIN drivers and not WIA drivers (Windows Image Acquisition). Scan2x will only work with devices where a TWAIN driver is present.
