Unable to Activate Web Client License

When the above error appears, kindly follow the steps below:
1.Run Scan2x Windows as an Administrator
2.Login to Scan2x with an ADMIN user
3.Click on Admin Panel

4.From the System tab, click on the Activated Units button

5.Select the Unit to be deactivated (QueueManager will be displayed under the Type column) and click the Deactivate button

6.Click on Save Changes

7.Click on Apply Changes
