Scan2x 32bit & 64bit - Licence issues
If you encounter an issue where the Scan2x 32bit application works fine but then the Scan2x 64 bit version when opened displays the 'Maximum Licences reached' modal or 'Activate the licence from Admin Panel' text, or vice versa, kindly follow the steps below:
1.On the affected PC, check the following path for all users on the PC: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore
2.If in the VirtualStore folder, there is the following path present: ProgramData\Scan2x , if Scan2x is the only folder within the ProgramData folder, kindly delete the ProgramData folder. If Scan2x is not the only folder within the ProgramData folder, just delete the Scan2x folder.
3.Once deleted, kindly try opening the Scan2x application that was not working.
