Scanning

Scan2x makes scanning quick and easy. User simply choose the type of document they want to scan, and Scan2x takes care of the rest.

All the technical details are set up in advance during configuration, so users never need to think about them:

•scan settings, such as resolution, bit depth, colour mode, and simplex or duplex scanning;

•where the document is sent, such as folder, email or document management system;

•any post-porcessing and document splitting rules.

The result is a stress free scanning process for every user.

Authentication and Audit

Authentication, compliance and audit are the cornerstones of the Scan2x design. Users sign in before they scan, ensuring that the audit logs are always in place and accurate.

User accounts can be linked to the organisation's local Active Directory.
