The Scanning Process from Devices VS Online
The scanning processes of Scan & Send and Scan & Edit differ from each other in terms of the user's workflow.

Scan & Send
This button allows users to scan a document with a MFD, like a scanner, and the processed scan will show in the user's scan queue on their device (computer).
Jobs set to "AutoSave" will not even stop in the queue unless there is an issue identified with metadata.
Scan & Edit
This button allows users to upload a document from their device (computer) and view a scan preview and document metadata on the screen of the device.
