Online Queue
The Online Queue button will only be available to those who have a Scan2x Web licence and/or are using a Hybrid system.
For more information about the Hybrid system, please see the option in the General Settings Tab in the Admin Panel.

The administrator will be able to select a user's queue and filter to see if there are any documents that are pending, drafts or errors.
The Online Queue can also be refreshed by clicking the 'Refresh Queue Status' button.
