Visibility Tab
Each Job can have visibility settings linked to it so that only authorized users are able to use it and/or the scan job will only show on specific devices.
These users can be identified by Scan2x based on their membership of Active Directory user groups, or via Scan2x’s own list of internal users.
Only internal Scan2x users added to this list, or users who are members of Active Directory Groups in this list will be able to see the button when logged in themselves.

The Devices tab is used when you wish to show scan jobs on particular devices only.
