Post Installation - Use of Hybrid

When a user needs to use the Hybrid feature in Scan2x, the following settings must be configured in Scan2x Windows.

First, the user must open the Local Settings tab and ensure that the Webserver URL field contains a valid URL. This URL is required for Scan2x Windows to communicate with the web server.

Once a valid Webserver URL has been entered, the Hybrid Scan Queue Sync option in the General Settings tab will become active. This allows the user to configure the scan job to work in different ways, depending on the available options listed in the General Settings tab.

For users working with Scan2x Cloud, the above settings must also be enabled. In addition, the following requirements must be met:

•The Scan2x license must have the Hybrid feature enabled.

•The Hybrid option must be enabled from the server dashboard.
