Scan2x A.I. Cloud Services

For all of the below services, during scanning, Scan2x will load matches pertaining to the categories in metadata as dropdowns.

- Scan2x A.I. Invoices Recognition Service

This service allows Scan2x to look at invoice documents, and through the use of A.I., recognise several pieces of information and populates the necessary metadata fields. These metadata fields include: Customer Name, Customer ID, Purchase Order, Invoice ID, Invoice Date, Due Date, Vendor Name, Vendor Tax ID, Billing Address, Invoice Total, Amount Due, Items, etc.

- Scan2x A.I. Receipts Recognition Service

This service allows Scan2x to look at invoice documents, and through the use of A.I., recognise several pieces of information and populates the necessary metadata fields. These metadata fields include: Items, Merchant Address, Merchant Name, Tax Details, Total, Total Tax, Transaction Date, Transaction Time, etc.

- Scan2x A.I. Business Cards Recognition Service

This service allows Scan2x to look at receipt documents, and through the use of A.I., recognise several pieces of information and populates the necessary metadata fields. These metadata fields include: Addresses, Company Names, Contact Names, Emails, Job Titles, Mobile Phones, Work Phones, etc.

- Scan2x A.I. Identity Documents Recognition Service

This service allows Scan2x to look at identity documents, and through the use of A.I., recognise several pieces of information and populates the necessary metadata fields. These metadata fields include: Address, Date of Birth, Date of Expiration, Document Number, First Name, Last Name, Nationality, Place of Birth, Sex, etc.

- Scan2x A.I. Contracts Recognition Service

This service allows Scan2x to look at contract documents, and through the use of A.I., recognise several pieces of information and populates the necessary metadata fields. These metadata fields include: Effective Date, Execution Date, Parties, Title, etc.

- Scan2x A.I. Tables Recognition Service

This service allows Scan2x to look at table/line item documents, and through the use of A.I., recognise several pieces of information and populates the necessary table metadata fields.

- Scan2x A.I. Document Labels Recognition Service

This service allows Scan2x to look at any document, and through the use of A.I., recognise several pieces of information and populates the necessary metadata fields. These metadata fields picked up are dependant on the document/s being scanned.

- Scan2x A.I. Advanced OCR Service

This service allows Scan2x to look at any document, and through the use of A.I., extract any available text from a document.

- 'NLP' or 'Natural Language Processing'

This service allows Scan2x to understand the text of a document contextually in the same way human beings can. For NLP, an administrator can choose one of the below options:

- Scan2x English Large NLP Service - This service will pick up general information from the document/s such as the following: Cardinal, Date, Event, FAC, GPE, Language, Law, LOC, Money, NORP, Ordinal, ORG, Percent, Person, Product, Quantity, Time, and Work of Art.

- Scan2x Legal NLP Service - This service will pick up legal information from the document/s such as the following: Court, Instrument, Case Name, Citation, Issue, Legal Test, Judge, Conclusion, Axiom, and Provision.
