AI Settings Tab
The AI Settings tab allows users to configure how documents are processed using intelligent automation tools. Within this tab, users can choose to enable Scan2x AI Cloud Services for advanced document recognition and processing, or opt for Natural Language Query to extract data based on conversational input. Additionally, users now have the flexibility to define which pages are processed—either selecting all pages or specifying a custom page range—providing greater control and efficiency when working with multi-page documents.
Note: When using the AI Metadata field as a splitting condition, credits will be used for processing each page of the document. However, these results are preserved, so rescanning the same document will not consume additional credits. When there are no AI splitting conditions, only the selected pages would be processed. This feature is currently available only on the Windows client.
As part of Avantech's Online Services, when an administrator ticks the option 'Process with Scan2x AI Cloud Services', the administrator has the option to use multiple services such as the following:

• Business Cards AI
• Identity Documents AI
• Contracts AI
• Tables AI
• Document Labels AI
• Advanced OCR AI
• NLP English
• NLP Legal
